Installing a Free SSL Certificate (Let's Encrypt)
Installing a Free Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate
Secure your site with a single click. HexonCP integrates with Certbot to issue, install, and renew free SSL certificates automatically.
Step-by-Step UI Guide:
- Navigate to the Websites list and click your website.
- Click on the SSL Certbot option in the website navigation sidebar.
- Choose the Let's Encrypt Free SSL method.
- Select checkmarks to cover both root domain (e.g.
example.com) and subdomains (e.g.www.example.com). - Click Request SSL Certificate. The panel handles validation, installs paths, and reloads Nginx dynamically.
